Results Home Loans was founded by Phillip Scandizzo over 20 years ago with the aim to bring a complete package to his clients, providing financial advice, accounting services and finance brokering all under the one roof. Over this time, we have built up an extensive knowledge and expertise on a whole range of lenders. Not just the big four.
Now, his daughter Nadia Davison follows in his footsteps, being a qualified accountant and mortgage broker, to deliver exceptional advice and a unique understanding of their client’s finances.
Mikaela D’Addario, Phillip’s third daughter, has also joined the team, truly reflecting their family values and passion to turn their client’s goals and dreams into reality.
Finance is our passion. Going on each client’s individual journey with them and helping them set and achieve their goals is truly rewarding and we feel each accomplishment with them.
We understand that when looking for a mortgage there is a huge range of banks and products, plus a mountain of paper work to do. Our aim is to make it as possible for you. We will source the banks and the products, do all the paper work for you and then we will provide you with a loan recommendation that suits your personal objectives From the application stage to post-settlement, we are there to complete all the documentation and correspondence with the banks to ensure everything runs smoothly, saving you a huge amount of time and money.

Nadia prides herself in the level of care and attention to detail she brings to the table. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge and adopts a friendly and compassionate approach to all that she does.
Starting her career in accounting in 2008, her love of numbers and problem-solving lead her into mortgage brokering where she has thrived. Nadia has been commended by lenders for the completeness and accuracy of her submissions and always goes that extra mile to ensure the best outcome for her clients.
Nadia grew up and still lives in Gembrook and loves the peacefulness of the hills and its friendly people. Outside of work, she enjoys music, travel, fitness and spending time with her young family.

Phillip has worked in the industry for over 30 years and is continuously finding exiting and new innovative ways to help achieve the best results for his clients. He is always focused on the big picture whilst having family values at the core of all he does.
Phillip takes every opportunity to travel and experience something different. When he is at home he loves catching up on the latest home renovation shows and jamming on his guitars.

Mikaela began working in the family business in administration and jumped at the opportunity to work alongside Nadia and Phillip in 2017. Mikaela brings professional communication and administration skills to the team and is very approachable and outgoing.
Mikaela loves that she is able to play an important role in helping clients achieve their life goals and making it a seamless process for them.
She also understands the process first hand, having recently built her first home in Warragul with her husband.
In her spare time Mikaela enjoys gaming with friends, delving into sciences and traveling to new and exciting places she has never been before.
